It's still Tuesday right? I've been trying to post this all day but you know life gets the best of you.
.
Anyway, for my first 𝐓𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐬 & 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐪𝐮𝐞 𝐓𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲 I wanted to introduce y'all to this little "chopper". I try to use fresh garlic, ginger and green chilies whenever possible. Yes, I do have a small container of minced produce stashed away in the freezer somewhere. But I prefer to minced them fresh or make enough to last 2-3 days.
.
So I bought this little gadget. It's absolutely the perfect size for me to mince on demand. And the best part is that it's an easy cleanup! Cause ain't nobody got time for that.
.
When I make Indian dishes I literally will throw in 4-5 garlic cloves, a thumb of ginger & green chilies all into this little miracle machine. It gives me exactly what I need and it's fresh!
.
Now I'm sure there's other brands out there but this is the one I chose based on reviews, it's portability and price. I mean for $20 you can't go wrong.
.
Thus far I have chopped the produce I mentioned before plus parsley, shallots, small onion, tomato and celery. This chopper is very small so if you're looking for quantity then you probably want to grab your Vitamix or food processor.
.
Since buying it on Amazon about a year ago, there are several other brands that have come out with a similar mini concept. Here's the one I purchased: Mini Chopper
.
Send me a DM if you have any questions. Happy Chopping!
