S'mores Charcuterie Board

Updated: Sep 12, 2020

Fall is here and nothing is more comforting than a chilly night under a warm blanket & the glow of an outdoor fire. Add a few chocolate lovers and you've got the perfect fall evening.

Indulge yourself in this confectioners delight filled with everything you need for a perfect S'mores evening. But don't stop at what you see on my board, let your creative juices flow and create a board that suits your life. You can easily sub out any ingredients that doesn't fit your dietary needs.

My girls love s'mores but really who doesn't. The roasted, gooey marshmallow coupled with melted chocolate and the crunch of the graham cracker make for a heavenly treat. Before I placed everything on a board, our s'mores production was chaotic and disorganized. Foil trays with half opened bags of marshmallows falling to the ground, chocolate bars melting in our hands as we opened the wrappers, running back and forth to add more ingredients and tripping along the way. It was a hot mess! So I did what I do with most things in my life, I organized it in such a way that all of our ingredients were readily available to us. Instant gratification, I know but at times it's necessary evil. Voila, I present to you a S'mores Charcuterie Board filled with all your sugary desires.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Bag Giant Marshmallows

  • 3 Hershey's Chocolate Bars

  • 2 Hershey's Cookies 'N' Creme

  • 1 Box Graham Crackers

  • 1 Small Bag of Pretzels

  • 1 Box of Oreos

  • 1 Box Fudge Strip Cookies

  • 1/2 Cup Nutella

  • 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter

  • 1 Carton of Strawberries

Method:

Simply follow the labeled picture above or use your own imagination. The ingredients list is what I used to create the board above and is good for 6-8 people. You may have to adjust if you are accommodating a smaller or larger group.

Tee Tip: My board/tray is rectangular but you can use any shape. Adjust your placement of ingredients accordingly.

I'd love to see your own S'mores Charcuterie Board creations. Email me a picture. And as always I value your comments and feedback. Follow me on instagram: teenastable
